Use Customers when a merchant says they installed and paid for Progus Subscriptions, and you want to check the record in your partner portal. The portal fills the plan and price from ACTIVE subscription records for your partner account.
Step 1: Open Customers
Open Customers from the left menu.
Step 2: Search for the shop
Enter the shop domain in Search customer....
Step 3: Open the matching shop
Click the matching Customer ID row.
Step 4: Check the plan and price
Find the Subscriptions app row and check for a plan name under Subscription and a dollar amount under Price.
If Subscription shows free, the Customers response has no subscription name value for that app. If Price shows -, the Customers response has no subscription price value for that app.
