The portal has five pages and they answer different questions. Knowing which page owns which number saves confusion later, especially between what you have earned in total and what is waiting to be transferred.
Three cards at the top: Total Earnings in USD, All Active Subscriptions and Partner Commission, which is your current rate. Below them sits Partner Level with the tier table, unless you are a legacy partner on the flat rate, who sees a thank-you card in its place. Then come Your Partner ID and Your Affiliate Links.
Analytics has two figures, Clicks and Customers, over a date range you choose, with an optional filter by app. It answers how many people opened your links and how many installed something. It says nothing about money.
The Customers page lists every shop credited to you with its Total Earnings. Open a row to see each app that shop installed, when, whether it is still installed, which plan it is on and what that plan costs.
This is the page that matters for getting paid. Pending Payout is your unpaid balance. Payment History lists the payouts already prepared for you. Total Earnings on Dashboard is a lifetime figure that includes everything already paid out, so it is not what you are owed.
Your name, country and PayPal Email live here. Under them, Payout Information states the payment commitment, then Connected Accounts and the Advanced section for changing your password or deleting the account.
Read Pending Payout and Total Earnings if the two figures on those pages do not look consistent.
Read Reading your Analytics and Customers pages before comparing clicks against installs.
