Your partner account can be opened with an email address and password, with Google, or with Apple, and one account can carry all three. This article covers signing in, getting back in when the password is gone, and adding a second way in.
Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In. A security check runs on the form first, so the button may take a second to become active. If the page answers Please verify your email address to continue. use Resend verification email and open the link it sends.
Choose Forgot your password?, enter your address and press Send Reset Link. The email takes you to Change Password, where you set a new one and are sent back to the sign-in page. The link is good for one hour. After that it no longer opens the form and you land on the sign-in page instead, so request a fresh one. If nothing arrives, check spam, and remember that an address we do not recognise gets no email at all.
On Account, open Advanced and press Change Password. Fill in Current Password and the new one twice. It needs at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number. We then email a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes, which you type into Confirm password change.
The Connected Accounts card on the same page has a button for each. Once linked, the button stays where it is, greyed out and inert, with Connected next to it, and you can sign in either way.
If your account was created with Google or Apple, sign-up stored a random password you have never seen. Change Password and Delete My Account look available and both refuse, because each asks for a current password. Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to set one you know, and both work afterwards.
Read Change your payout email or delete your account for the other protected changes on this page.
Signed in with Google or Apple and never set a password? Do it with Forgot your password? now, before you need it.
