Partners who joined before the levels existed were kept on the rate they signed up with. If that is you, your commission is a flat 30% and the levels do not apply to your account at all. Everything else about referring shops and getting paid works the same way.
Open Dashboard. A legacy account shows a card headed Thank You for Being With Us stating that your commission is locked at 30% for life with no tiers required. A tiered account shows the Partner Level card with the progress bar and the table of five levels instead. You never see both.
The Partner Commission card reads 30% and stays there. It does not move with your number of active referrals, up or down, so a client leaving does not cost you rate.
Your All Active Subscriptions figure is still shown and still updates, because it describes your book of business. It simply has no effect on what you are paid. Trials, cancellations and uninstalls change that number and change nothing about your rate.
Commissions are still a share of the net revenue Progus receives, they are still recorded per payment, and they are still paid in USD to your PayPal address by the 15th of the month. A PayPal address is required for a legacy account exactly as it is for any other.
